Lifelong writer with a passion for telling stories that are worthy of more attention

My writing philosophy is grounded in the belief that even the most complex topics can be made accessible to audiences of all backgrounds, without losing the nuance essential to their integrity.

I began my career working for a logistics magazine based in Seattle, where I developed my data-driven, pragmatic approach to writing, which I continue to apply to all of my writing endeavors.

From 2020-2024, I expanded into covering healthcare, psychology, mental health, education, and humanitarian topics, drawing from scientific studies and commentary sourced from interviews with subject matter experts. I have interviewed hundreds of academics, scientists, and industry professionals for my stories.

My work is featured on forbes.com, psychology.org, onlinemba.com, psychcentral.com, nursejournal.org, healthcaredegree.com, and counselingschools.com.

I currently work at a non-profit global health organization based in Amsterdam focused on forwarding global health equity, where I help a team of in-house researchers translate their important findings into interesting, digestible narratives.
